The potential of digital transformation in tourism has been recognized as a solution to overcoming difficulties and continuing sustainable development for the industry. The National Administration of Tourism in Vietnam has developed digital platforms to support tourism activities and promote the use of digital technologies for tourism businesses. However, competitiveness is still low, and products have not yet created their identity. To improve this situation, businesses should approach new and innovative technologies to develop new products that meet the increasing and diverse demands of travelers. The effective implementation of technology solutions is expected to create a new impetus for the tourism industry and bring Vietnam into the group of 30 leading tourism competitive countries.
