The author of this article believes that stronger measures are needed to improve traffic in Vietnam. One of the primary focuses should be on ensuring there are stricter consequences for traffic law violations. The author believes that the exam to obtain a driver’s license needs to be more thorough to prevent fraud, such as paying for a license or using someone else to take the exam. Along with this, the fines for driving without a license should be more significant, as the current rate of violators is high, and the penalty is not severe enough to deter them. The author suggests that those without a license should opt for public transport instead of driving. Additionally, those making fake licenses or involved in any such fraudulent activity should be punished through heavy fines, and brokers of these illegal acts should be highly penalized. Overall, the author emphasizes that authorities need to take a stronger stance to improve traffic situations and ensure safer roads in Vietnam.
