Germany: Vacation rental platform Holidu has acquired long-standing booking portal Finca Mallorca to strengthen its footprint on the Balearic island.
The acquisition will see Holidu, headquartered in Munich, integrate around 200 exclusive listings from Finca Mallorca – a specialist in high-end rentals on the island – into its platform. The deal is set to enhance Holidu’s premium offering while expanding visibility for both hosts and guests.
Founded in 1994, Cologne-based Finca Mallorca has grown into one of the most recognisable brands for finca-style properties in Mallorca. “Finca Mallorca is a strong brand with loyal customers and an exceptional portfolio,” said Johannes Siebers, co-founder and CEO of Holidu. “We are thrilled to include these exclusive properties in our portfolio.”
