Holidu, a Munich, Germany-based provider of a software platform for hosts, acquired Finca Mallorca, a Cologne, Germany-based provider of a platform for vacation rentals.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
The acquisition will expand Holidu’s portfolio and consolidate its position in the Mallorcan vacation rental market.
Founded in 1994 by Susanne Jachmich, Finca Mallorca provides a platform for high-end vacation rentals. The agency offers around 200 carefully selected properties and has strong search engine visibility. It has a local presence on Mallorca.
Founded by brothers Johannes and Michael Siebers, Holidu provides software and a service platform that enables hosts to attract more bookings while minimizing effort. The company employs more than 600 people.
