Home-working giant InteleTravel has acquired UK-based Tickitto, a platform providing tickets to live events and experiences globally, including Premier League football matches, Formula 1 races and concerts by major stars.

The deal for the Application Programming Interface (API) platform will enable InteleTravel’s UK and Ireland advisors to offer their customers holidays that include tickets to exclusive and live events which are often difficult to obtain or only available at inflated prices on resale sites.
The purchase, for an undisclosed sum, is InteleTravel’s fourth acquisition in two years following deals for corporate travel alliance Hickory Global Partners, meetings and industry agency MGME and bespoke long-haul tour operator Major Travel.
