Europe: Digital hospitality platform NUMA Group has shared a growth report for 2024 highlighting its expansion in Europe, strategic acquisitions, and new partnerships.
Now present in 36 cities and 15 countries across Europe, NUMA said it served one million nights and generated more than 100 per cent revenue growth in 2024 compared to 2023.
Due to its proprietary AI-enabled technology platform, NUMA said it was able to automate 65 per cent of guest communication and optimise room assignments via AI agents, which reduced workloads by 70 per cent while improving response times by 90 per cent.
Last year, NUMA also had its UK debut with the launch of NUMA Bloom in London’s Bloomsbury district. The group extended its footprint in the country with the acquisition of Native Places, a lifestyle aparthotel brand which added more than 800 units to its portfolio across London, Manchester, Edinburgh, and Glasgow.
NUMA also expanded in Spain, Portugal, Italy…
