UK: Hospitality platform NUMA Group has acquired the lifestyle aparthotel brand Native Places from Native Holdings for an undisclosed price.
NUMA Group has acquired 100 per cent of the short-stay business division Native Places from Native Holdings. Native Residential will remain part of Native Holdings and will continue to operate BTR, coliving, mixed-use and commercial assets under the leadership of Guy Nixon.
Native Places operates more than 800 units in London, Manchester, Edinburgh and Glasgow, across two brands: The Apartment Collection and Native Aparthotels.
The acquisition, which The Times reported was valued at nearly €25 million, will bring NUMA’s total European portfolio to over 7,300 units.
