Hospitality brand Numa Group has acquired short-term rental business Native Places for an undisclosed amount.
The United Kingdom-based aparthotel brand, which until now has been part of Native Holdings, has more than 800 units in cities including London, Manchester and Edinburgh. Native Residential will continue to be run as part of Native Holdings.
The acquisition of Native Places comes on the heels of Numa’s purchase of Yays in late 2023. Numa also announced Series C funding of $59 million last year.
In a statement, the company said this latest acquisition “complements Numa’s philosophy.”
