LOWER MERION TOWNSHIP, PA — PennDOT is hosting two public meetings that will cover adding a third lane to Interstate 76 in Lower Merion Township.
The meeting will be held at 6:30 p.m. Thursday online. An in person meeting will also be held from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 12, at the Upper Merion Township Building at 175 West Valley Forge Road in King of Prussia.
Attendees can learn about a project to construct a third flexible travel lane along westbound I-76 from U.S. 1 South/City Avenue to west of Belmont Avenue in Lower Merion Township and Philadelphia.
The meeting will be conducted as an open house where citizens will have the opportunity to circulate among the subject displays to gather information and discuss the different facets of this project with PennDOT’s design teams.
