OpenAI’s ChatGPT platform has gained popularity within the travel industry since its launch two months ago. A Google search for “ChatGPT for travel” yields 78 million results, with new developments, such as Trip.com’s integration of ChatGPT into its app and Magpie’s content optimization tool for tour operators.
