According to a recent series of reports, integrating AI into the tourism industry could significantly enhance operational efficiency and consumer experience.
A notable analysis by Accenture, highlighted in the joint Microsoft and World Travel & tourism Council report, found that the implementation of AI in businesses is progressing more swiftly than the earlier digital transition. This trend underlines the urgency for tourism operators to become fluent in AI technology, lest they fall behind more agile competitors or lose ground to new entrants in the marketplace.
