In addition to the returning route to Casablanca, there are also services to and from Moroccan capital Marrakech from Manchester.
Royal Air Maroc flights will operate three times a week on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays and will take around three hours and a half on a Boeing 737-800 aircraft.
Zoubida Smahi, Royal Air Maroc general manager for the UK, said: “As part of its expansion plan, Royal Air Maroc is delighted to participate in strengthening the connections between Morocco and the UK through the re-launch of the direct flights from Manchester to Casablanca.
“This new service facilitates seamless travel from the north to Morocco and beyond.”
