YARMOUTH, NS – The southwestern Nova Scotia tourism industry is rolling out the welcome mat for 200 members of the Travel Media Association of Canada (TMAC).
The 2022 Travel Media Association of Canada Conference, being held June 22-26 in Yarmouth, will welcome nearly 100 Canadian travel media delegates and 100 tourism industry delegates from across Canada, including every province and territory, and several from international destinations.
Delegates began arriving in the region on June 19 for pre-media tours, and some will be remaining until June 29 for post-media tours.
Selling out well ahead of schedule, excitement among the travel media members for the conference has been contagious, said TMAC president Tracy Ford, director of public relations, Chelsea Hotel, Toronto.
