Brazil is seeking to strengthen its presence in the Australian market with the launch of a provisional tourist visa waiver and a new campaign specifically targeting the local market ahead of the Rio Olympic Games.
The Consulate-General confirmed a provisional tourist visa waiver has been introduced for Australian citizens visiting Brazil between June 1 and September 18 2016 either for the Olympic and Paralympic Games or as a tourist for up to 90 days.
