FlyDubai, a Dubai-based airline, has increased the frequency of its flights to Ashgabat, the capital of Turkmenistan, from three times a week to four times a week. The new schedule will see flights operating on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays. FlyDubai will be using Boeing 737 MAX aircraft for the flights. The departure time from Dubai will be at 23:55 (GMT+4), with arrival at Ashgabat Airport the next day at 03:25 (GMT+5). The return flight will depart at 04:55 (GMT+5), arriving in Dubai at 06:45 (GMT+4). This increase in flights comes as FlyDubai seeks to expand its operations, having created a route network of over 100 destinations, with a fleet of 68 aircraft. FlyDubai resumed regular flights between Dubai and Ashgabat in January 2023.
