Kenya Airways and Air Austral, the French airline based mostly on Reunion within the Indian Ocean, have launched a codeshare settlement aiming to allow passenger connectivity past Nairobi (NBO).
The accord took impact Oct. 29. The airways each serve Johannesburg (JNB), Antananarivo (TNR) in Madagascar and Mahebourg (MRU) in Mauritius. Kenya Airways operates to JNB, MRU and TNR from its NBO hub, whereas Air Austral flies to the locations from its Saint-Denis (RUN) base.
