Doha: In a bid to improve its customer experience and develop its digital services, QIIB has announced that Qatar Airways Privilege Club Avios is now available on the QIIB loyalty platform. This service allows the conversion of QIIB points to Avios by Qatar Airways Privilege Club via the QIIB mobile and internet banking, in addition to the existing redemption options which include Nojoom points by Ooredoo, flights, hotels and car rental.
QIIB is constantly striving to expand the list of options available to its customers to redeem QIIB points, which can be earned by customers when spending locally or internationally using their Visa and MasterCard credit cards by QIIB.
The service which enables the exchange of QIIB points is very simple and convenient, as it only requires the customer to login to the QIIB mobile or internet banking and perform the redemption via the QIIB points option.
Commenting on the service, QIIB Chief Executive Officer Dr Abdulbasit Ahmed Al Shaibei stated: “We are pleased to always provide our valued customers with an array of options and services, to keep up with the global developments in the field of digital banking, in order to enhance their experience with QIIB in line with their lifestyle”.
He added: “The ‘QIIB Points Loyalty Program’ meets many of our customers’ needs through the redemption options it provides. With this new option, we hope to enhance our customers’ satisfaction”.
Al Shaibei also stressed that: “QIIB will continue to work to enhance its customer experience with regards to the various services provided by the Bank, in particular Digital Banking Services, which represent the future of banking”.
