Gifford’s Goblin Ha’ Hotel closed less than six months after opening under new ownership.
Now, the property, which features a bar, restaurant and function room, is up for sale.
The hotel, on the village’s Main Street, is named after the Goblin Ha’ – or Goblin Hall – hidden beneath the nearly-800-year-old Yester Castle nearby.

The business is said to suit “a number of operators due to its multiple revenue streams and potential to capitalise on rural trade or visitors to Scotland”.
It features six bedroom living accommodation, alongside seven en-suite letting rooms and an “attractive” beer garden.
