Starlet Wahu was brutally killed in an Airbnb apartment at Papino Apartments in the South B area by a man who, together, had booked a room on the night of Wednesday, January 3.
Nearly a week later, a woman, in the company of a man who had booked into a rented apartment casually referred to as Airbnb along TRM Drive in the Roysambu area, had been killed, her body chopped into pieces and stuffed into trash bags, and the head was missing.
The killings that have happened in these Airbnbs over the past few weeks have left Kenyans shining a magnifying glass on the establishments.
