Senior Celtic officials have visited South Korea to look at opportunities for an Asian tour this summer. The Bhoys have been considering matches against Ange Postecoglou’s former club Yokohama F.Marinos and could potentially play against Manchester City and Paris Saint-Germain in Japan. Celtic have also been considering a stop in Seoul to capitalise on interest in national team star Hyeongyu Oh. It is believed that no official announcement of any pre-season Celtic plans will be made until after the league title is won. Celtic have automatic entry into the group stages of the UEFA Champions League and have been exploring new opportunities through smart international recruitment.
