Dubai International Airport (DXB) has recorded passenger traffic of 27.9 million in the first half of 2022 – rising 161.9 percent from the same period last year, inching closer at 67.5 percent of pre-pandemic levels.
Traffic in the three-month period ending June was at 14.2 million, DXB operator Dubai Airports said, adding it has maintained its growth for nine consecutive quarters since the start of the pandemic.
