Indent Corporation, a commerce service company, announced on the 19th that it will provide “V-Review,” an artificial intelligence (AI) review marketing solution, to Rush Korea.
VReview is an AI-based B2B SaaS solution that helps you easily collect and utilize customer reviews based on photos and texts, including videos. In particular, the review collection rate using V-Review is four times higher than that of the existing e-commerce method, and it is consistently receiving favorable reviews in leading e-commerce. Currently, it is supplying solutions to global beauty brands such as AmorePacific, LG Household & Health Care, and Physiogel.
With this collaboration, Rush plans to build a content system that utilizes lively reviews and user-generated content that contains customer experiences in the official online mall, and provide a multi-way communication space between brands, customers and individual customers.
Rush easily collects live video review content from real buyers through VReview, and provides an optimal purchasing experience based on interests through AI-based optimized review exposure. As reliability is important, it is possible to enhance the reliability of consumers who visit Lush online malls with a system that determines whether they are actual buyers based on consumer behavior data.
