The sale is the latest of a series of steps in the liquidation of parent company Genting Hong Kong. Crystal Symphony, introduced in 1996, was sold for $25 million and Crystal Serenity, which entered service in 2003, sold for $103 million.
Management of the ships, as well as expedition vessel Crystal Endeavor, was handed over to V.Ships after the vessels were arrested on behalf of the banks that held mortgages on them and their creditors earlier this year.
According to reports, the buyer is believed to be based in London. TTG has approached V.Ships for comment.
