MONTREAL, Feb. 28, 2024 /CNW/ – Air Canada has filed its Notice of 2024 Annual Meeting of Shareholders and Management Proxy Circular. The documents are publicly available on Air Canada’s website at aircanada.com/investors and filed on sedarplus.com.

The circular contains information for shareholders related to the airline’s annual meeting scheduled for March 28, 2024.
