Ishrion Aviation reported that Air Canada will bring back two of its Boeing 767-300ERs for passenger operations by 2025, marking the return of this aircraft type to passenger service for the airline since 2020. This move is part of Air Canada’s fleet strategy to acquire 90 new aircraft between 2024 and 2029. The strategy includes:
-30 Airbus A321XLR aircraft, with most (28) arriving between 2026 and 2029
-27 Airbus A220 aircraft, with deliveries spread across the timeline
-18 Boeing 787-10 aircraft, scheduled for delivery between 2026 and 2029
-12 Boeing 737 MAX aircraft, to be delivered by 2025
-2 Boeing 767-300ER aircraft, planned for 2025
-1 Boeing 787-9, expected in 2025
