Air Canada was just ranked a top employer for young people and it’s hiring right now

If you’re a young person looking to get your foot in the door in the airline industry, you may want to look into jobs at Air Canada.

For the second consecutive year, Mediacorp named the airline one of Canada’s top employers for young people in 2025.

“We aim to offer a work environment and learning opportunities where everybody can thrive and become a future leader in this dynamic industry,” said Arielle Meloul-Wechsler, executive vice-president, chief human resources officer and public affairs at Air Canada.
