A theft occurred on Monday morning at a guest house in Gurugram’s Sector 33, where Air India pilots and cabin crew members were staying. Cash and various valuables, including laptops, wristwatches, foreign currency, and Indian currency, were stolen from two rooms on the first floor of the accommodation.
The incident was discovered by the crew members between 5 am and 6 am on Monday. According to the First Information Report (FIR), which was registered on Monday evening at the Sadar police station in Gurugram, the crew members were asleep when the theft took place. They were on a layover, having operated a flight from London and preparing for a subsequent flight to Dubai. Upon discovery of the theft, the main door of the guest house was found open. Police have confirmed the theft and stated that investigations into the matter are ongoing.
