Viral Video: India’s one of the most popular airlines, Air India, is yet again in the eye of the storm after a passenger shared a video on social media of him experiencing a disappointing service. The man in question, as per his video, was travelling from New York to Delhi, for which he booked an Air India flight. However, his journey turned into a ‘disaster’, after he allegedly experienced several issues in the flight. From a broken headphone jack and a broken screen to scratched seats and ‘not so good’ food, the man had a handful of complaints.
The video has been floating on social media ever since it was shared. Most people recalled their own experiences with Air India, while some others suggested the man to go for other airlines. Some also dubbed the man’s clip a ‘bit too much’.
The video was shared on social media platform Instagram, by the handle ‘Akul Dhingra’. The post was captioned, “My Air India Flight From NY to Delhi Was A Disaster!” The video was shared more than a week ago and pulled 11K likes from people.
