Air India Express has announced the launch of ‘Bag Track and Protect’ services to help their customers keep track of their check-in luggage. Coming together with Blue Ribbon Bag, the airline introduced this comprehensive and dynamic bag tracking service for frictionless travel for its flyers.
The ‘Bag Track and Protect’ service provides real-time updates to the flyers via email and SMS. They can also track and expedite the return of delayed baggage with this service. In case of any damage or loss, this service ensures compensation to the flyers as well!

Everything You Need To Know About This Service
To avail the ‘Bag Track and Protect’ service, you will have to pre-book it from the add-ons page of the Air India Express’ app or website. You can book this service for ₹95 on domestic and ₹330 on international flights. It will help you track and expedite the return of delayed baggage and also provide real-time updates via email and SMS.
The best part about this service is that if the baggage is not delivered within 96 hours of the flight landing at the destination, then you’re eligible for compensation. It ensures a compensation of ₹19,000 and ₹66,000 (per piece) for domestic and international flights, respectively.
