Air India on Monday confirmed reports that its flight en route to Delhi from Chicago was forced to return to the US city after a majority of the 12 toilets onboard became unserviceable. The airline said that the lavatories had become clogged because items such as polythene bags, rags, and clothes had been flushed down the toilets, rendering them unusable.
