Star Air is an Indian regional airline that is still a small-scale operator but has grown rapidly since its launch in 2019.
Operating a fleet of five 50-seat ERJ 145s and four 76-seat E175s, the Bangalore-based carrier in southern India already serves 22 destinations.
The plan, however, is to expand its operations in the coming years and to this end, Star Air plans to introduce six more E175 jets in the next 16 months.
