Air India and aviation medical support provider MedAire has partnered with to ensure emergency healthcare services for the airline’s passengers and crew on flights.
In addition to managing medical emergencies, this collaboration aims to minimise medical diversions by providing real-time professional assistance, thereby reducing inconvenience to passengers.

The airline said that MedAire will employ its app Medlink to provide round-the-clock access to a team of on-duty emergency physicians with specialized knowledge in aviation
