Following recurring reports of delayed or missing baggage, Air India has introduced a new option allowing passengers to track the location of their checked in bags using Apple’s AirTag feature. The feature applies to travellers using Apple devices including iPhones, iPads or Macs running on iOS 18.2, iPadOS 18.2 or macOS 15.2 and later. Air India is currently the only airline in India with this offering.
