AirAsia has launched its “ASEAN Week” campaign, featuring promotional fares across its extensive network. The campaign runs for bookings made between November 4 and 10, 2024, with a travel period extending from November 4, 2024, to October 31, 2025. This initiative aims to foster travel within the Asean region and beyond, making air travel more accessible for a diverse range of destinations.
Travelers can secure all-in one-way fares starting from RM19 for various routes. Additionally, AirAsia X is offering special all-in one-way fares, beginning from RM279, for its long-haul services to Taipei, Perth, and Seoul. These promotional offers are exclusively available for booking through the AirAsia MOVE app and the official airasia.com website.
The campaign encompasses destinations across 10 Asean countries, including popular routes such as Kuala Lumpur, Bangkok, Manila, Ho Chi Minh City, Singapore, Phnom Penh, Da Nang, and Bali. AirAsia also promotes its “Fly-Thru” service, which enables seamless connecting flights via Kuala Lumpur (KLIA Terminal 2) to a broader network, including destinations in India, Australia, and China.
Paul Carroll, Group Chief Commercial Officer for AirAsia Aviation Group, stated the campaign’s purpose is to promote Asean as a vibrant travel destination and to enable more individuals to discover its diverse cultural and natural attractions. Peggy Tan, Head of Marketing for AirAsia MOVE, highlighted the convenience of the AirAsia MOVE app for comprehensive travel planning, including flight bookings, accommodation, and ride-hailing services.
