AirAsia MOVE Introduces “Easy Cancel” Feature

AirAsia MOVE has introduced “Easy Cancel“, a new feature that allows users to receive a full refund when cancelling their trip bookings. Through this, customers can cancel their flights up to 48 hours before the departure time for any reason and receive their money through the original payment method. The refund covers not only the flight itself, but also add-ons such as baggage, meals and other fees.
