AN AirAsia restructuring will not have a negative impact on its Philippine operations, the chief executive of the budget carrier’s owner, Malaysian firm Capital A Berhad, said on Wednesday.
Following an announcement this week that Malaysian authorities had approved Capital A’s plan to exit PN17 status, CEO Tony Fernandes told reporters in an online interview that he was looking to expand in the Philippines and also push through with a domestic listing.
