Fort-Worth-based airline carrier American Airlines has scored a multiyear deal with the Texas Rangers as the reigning World Champions’ official airline. The exclusive partnership includes sponsorship and marketing benefits.
AA Advantage members who are fans of the popular baseball team will receive exclusive perks such as player meet-and-greets, airline-branded field-level first base lounge seats, and chances to throw the first pitch at games.
Chief Marketing and Communications Officer of American Airlines, Ron DeFeo, said, “This partnership is a home run for both American and baseball fans. American Airlines has previously partnered with the Texas Rangers for the Make-A-Wish Foundation, Stand Up to Cancer cause, the Medal of Honor Museum, Faces of Freedom, Seats for Heroes, and other organizations.
