DALLAS — American Airlines (AA) has announced a surprise two-month suspension of all flights from New York JFK to Cancún International Airport (CUN).
This hiatus will occur from September to November, potentially disrupting plans for sun-seekers, though it won’t impact those traveling later in the winter during Cancún’s high season.
American Airlines uses a variety of aircraft to fly to Cancún, Mexico, including the Boeing 787-8 and 777-200.
