An Austin family is suing a former American Airlines flight attendant for recording their ten-year-old daughter in a bathroom on a plane.
The FBI arrested 37-year-old Estes Carter Thompson the Third in Virginia last month for reportedly making secret cell phone recordings of young girls using airplane restrooms.
The Austin family got the word from the FBI that their daughter was apparently a victim. Their lawsuit also names the Fort Worth-based airline as a defendant.
