COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (KKTV) – A complaint has been filed against American Airlines after a flight was diverted to DIA in March.
The lawsuit claims the airline failed to request timely emergency assistance and didn’t orderly evacuate after the plane caught fire at a Denver gate.
