AA’s front line people are great, HOWEVER as a customer it is easy to tell how bad management decisions don’t help them at all. Are they a credit card company or an airline?!?! They created the “gate lice scrum” issue that is a ridiculous distraction in some large airports. with all of the lifetime status members they have accrued, Gold status gets you barely above pond scum!!
