U.K.-based flag carrier British Airways plc has cancelled all flights between New York and London Gatwick from Dec. 12, to March 25, 2025, due to delays in receiving Rolls-Royce Trent 1000 engines for its Boeing 787 Dreamliner fleet, IBTimes UK reported. The airline plans to resume the route in April 2025 and is offering alternative flights to affected passengers. British Airways is also delaying the resumption of its London Heathrow-Kuala Lumpur route amid similar supply chain issues.
