British Airways will utilize Boeing 787-9 Dreamliners throughout the summer season, offering a comfortable and modern flying experience.

For those planning their trip, flight BA073 departs London Heathrow at 10:25 pm. It arrives in Abu Dhabi the following day at 8:30 am (+1 day).
The return flight, BA072, departs Abu Dhabi at 10:10 am and arrives back in London Heathrow at 3:20 pm.
A Welcome Back to Abu Dhabi
Abu Dhabi Airports’ Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, Elena Sorlini, offered comment on the restored service, She expressed her delight at welcoming British Airways back to Zayed International Airport.
She highlighted the daily schedule’s potential to “enrich connectivity and invigorate both business and tourism.”
Passengers can expect a seamless introduction to the UAE capital through the airport’s award-winning, state-of-the-art terminal. The experience offers an immersion in Emirati hospitality at its finest.
Calum Laming, Chief Customer Officer at British Airways, echoed the enthusiasm, stating, “We are truly excited to celebrate the launch of our Abu Dhabi route.”
He emphasized how this new service strengthens ties with the UAE. The service now offers another exciting destination within British Airways’ extensive network.
Passengers can choose from four cabin options, including First Class. These are all delivered with the exceptional service British Airways is known for.
On a personal note, Laming added, “It is an honor to return to the fantastic city and Emirate of Abu Dhabi, where I had the privilege of living for almost a decade.”
This relaunch signifies a renewed chapter in air travel between the UAE capital and London, promising a smooth, comfortable journey and an unforgettable experience.
