A British Airways flight attendant, Emma Newton Owen, 45, was found intoxicated and slumped over her car’s steering wheel while stopped on a roundabout. She told the police officers: “I am going to be honest; it’s going to come back positive,” before being breathalyzed at the roadside.
She was nearly five times over the legal drink-drive limit.
