British Airways is investing in the future of its Welsh engineering base, British Airways Maintenance Cardiff, by upgrading one of its three maintenance bays to handle larger, long-haul A350 aircraft. This expansion will see BAMC go from one to two fully flexible bays, allowing for more complex maintenance work on a wider range of aircraft.
Currently, the Cardiff base services Boeing 777 and 787 aircraft. Once the project is complete in 2026, BAMC will be able to handle both Boeing and Airbus…
