DALLAS — British Airways (BA) has announced that it will launch its first-ever flight to Tromso (TOS), Norway, this winter. This new route will connect London (LHR) to TOS, known as a prime location to view the awe-inspiring Northern Lights.
Scheduled to take off December 1, 2024, TOS is BA’s most northernmost destination globally. Tromsø promises to be a winter wonderland for adventure seekers and leisure travelers alike.
Festive Charm, Optimized Schedules
Understanding the appeal of shorter getaways, BA has thoughtfully designed the flight schedule to cater to three and four-night trips, making it easier than ever to experience the best of Tromso.
Round-trip flights will operate twice weekly on Thursdays and Sundays by an Airbus A320neo until March 27, 2025. Travelers can even bring their skiing or snowboarding equipment within standard checked baggage size restrictions (190 x 75 x 65cm).
