The review focuses on the experience of flying Premium Economy from London Gatwick (LGW) to destinations such as New York (JFK) and Miami (MIA).
The check-in process for Premium Economy was described as straightforward, utilizing a dedicated check-in desk and a priority queue at London Gatwick. Priority boarding was also included, contributing to a smooth start to the journey.
Upon boarding, passengers are welcomed with a comfortable seat on a Boeing 787 Dreamliner aircraft, configured in a 2-3-2 layout. The seats offer a generous 37 inches of seat pitch and an 8-inch recline, providing ample legroom. Each seat is equipped with an adjustable headrest, a USB port for charging devices, and a power outlet. A blanket and pillow are also provided for passenger comfort.

On long-haul flights, Norse Premium Economy includes two meal services. The first service typically consists of a hot meal, a dessert, a soft drink, and a choice of wine or beer. A pre-landing snack, such as pizza or a pastry, is served later in the flight. The quality of the meals was deemed to be of a reasonable standard, with special dietary meals available upon pre-booking.
The cabin crew’s service was highlighted as attentive, polite, and professional throughout the flight. Passengers receive priority disembarkation upon arrival, mirroring the priority boarding experience.
