Premium Delta Airlines Lounge at JFK, LAX and BOS to Further Make Airport Experience Comfortable

Delta Airlines is elevating the airport experience with its focus on customer satisfaction through both enhanced connectivity and service upgrades. Recognized for its exceptional in-flight experiences and award-winning Delta Sky Clubs, the airline is set to further comfort its passengers with the introduction of premium lounges at JFK, LAX, and Boston Logan International Airport (BOS) in 2024.

Following significant enhancements to its lounge network last year, including the addition of five new clubs, Delta plans to unveil premium lounge experiences that promise to redefine the airline’s service and hospitality standards. The JFK Airport will see the debut of a 38,000 sq ft premium lounge, anticipated to be the largest in the Delta Airlines network, featuring wellness areas, a chef-assisted market, and a full-service brasserie, expected to open in June 2024.

The LAX Premium Lounge, aimed at enhancing the West Coast travel experience, will span over 10,000 sq ft, including an exclusive outdoor terrace, with its opening projected by the end of 2024. Similarly, the BOS-E Premium Lounge, expected to open by year’s end, will offer a new 6,300 sq ft space, seating 120 customers and connecting to the recently launched BOS-E Delta Sky Club.

Delta’s commitment to providing a unique and personalized service is evident in its lounge expansion plans, which include the introduction of five new lounges in 2024, adding 2,700 seats to its network. These expansions include a significant enlargement of the Terminal C Club at LaGuardia Airport and the opening of Delta Sky Club’s first-ever location in Charlotte, along with a new Club at Seattle-Tacoma International Airport.

Additionally, Delta Air Lines is revamping its aircraft cabins, introducing a refreshed First-Class seat on Boeing 737-800 aircraft, alongside upgrades in Delta Comfort+ and Main Cabin seats, featuring new 10-inch Panasonic seatback screens and touchless features in bathrooms.
