Emirates is reportedly working on an update to the uniform that tens of thousands of cabin crew and ground staff wear, although the Dubai-based airline has no plans to scrap or make major changes to the iconic red hat and veil that turn heads around the world.
The airline has not updated its uniform in more than 15 years, having launched the last iteration in 2008 to mark the introduction of the flagship Airbus A380 superjumbo into the carrier’s fleet.
