New recruits will undergo an intensive eight-week training program at Emirates’ state-of-the-art facility in Dubai, where they will learn to deliver the highest standards of hospitality, safety, and service. This training will equip them with invaluable transferable skills, including effective communication, initiative, and leadership qualities, enabling them to excel in a multicultural environment and represent the Emirates brand with distinction.
